At the conference Ports and the City in Nijmegen our minister of Infrastructure and Waterstaat – Cora van Nieuwenhuizen – had a speech. Reacting on the call of Ruud Kooistra (our first Commissioner of Energy) to the innovators, the commercial and the governmental parties, Cora said the following while signing the declaration: “We need the brains, the balls and the bucks for this transition to sustainability!”.
